I have always been fascinated by the complexity of the body and the science of health. In High School, I enjoyed studying biology and became intrigued by the various approaches to medicine and holistic health care. This deepened when I started Massage Therapy training, where I gained an appreciation for the connection between physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In 2014, I completed my education and certification in Edmonton, and since then I have been privileged to work with clients implementing this passion for wholesome living and helping people reconnect with physical and muscular health.
What I enjoy most is connecting with respective patients and working together to achieve their goals. To do this, I use a variety of massage techniques including Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial release and sports massage, while calibrating the pressure and intensity to the specific circumstances of each session. I enjoy incorporating breath-work and centering techniques as methods of releasing stress and enabling physical relief.
My personal goal is to refine my practice by growing in sensitivity to the needs of each individual client, while pursuing further knowledge and technical education.

With 21 years experience (19 of them right here in Niverville!), Tami still enjoys working with and treating patients. A treatment with Tami includes not only therapeutic massage. Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cupping and Laser Therapy are also tools she draws on during treatment. Tami is a graduate (and past Instructor) of the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba (now Evolve College) and certified in Complete Decongestive Therapy for patients with primary or secondary lymphedema. She is the Past President for the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba and chaired the Insurance and Practice Management Committee for 5 years. Tami grew up the youngest of seven girls on the family farm in Wawanesa and loves the outdoors.
